How this centre releases seats

Dates added without warning
New dates appear on the centre’s page without an announced opening time. Checking often, or getting an alert, is the only way to catch them.

Tips from candidates and the centre

  • The institute treats TEF Canada registration as firm and final, and exam fees are not refundable, so be sure of your date before paying.
  • Get there 15 minutes early with the same ID or passport you registered with. No one is admitted after the exam starts.
  • Bring your own pens, pencil and corrector.
  • If you sit the e-TEF again, allow at least one month between attempts.
  • IF Nigeria’s two terms pages disagree on postponements. One allows a date change for 35 euros up to one full week before the exam; the other allows one postponement at least a month ahead, with a NGN 40,000 penalty otherwise. Check with the institute which applies.
