How this centre releases seats

Live seat counter
The centre lists each date with the seats left, and seats can appear at any time when dates are added or someone cancels.

Tips from candidates and the centre

  • Both exams are taken on computer. Only the TCF speaking test is done face to face with an examiner.
  • If you miss your test there is no credit, and you can’t postpone or get a refund after registering.
  • The AF student rate of NGN 650,000 for E-TEF Canada requires 180 hours of study at an Alliance Française in Nigeria within the past 12 months, with an attestation of registration as proof.
  • TCF Canada certificates are collected only at AF Lagos, and each candidate gets a single copy, so make your own copies.
  • Ikoyi reception, which also deals with exams, opens Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:00 and Saturday 9:00 to 2:00. AF Lagos says the +234 705 22 88 001 number is for WhatsApp messages only.
