How this centre releases seats

Dates added without warning
New dates appear on the centre’s page without an announced opening time. Checking often, or getting an alert, is the only way to catch them.

Tips from candidates and the centre

  • Register once only. The centre warns against duplicate registrations.
  • Book early: each session takes a limited number of candidates, and a date only runs if enough people sign up.
  • Refunds and deferrals are not possible, and bad weather is not accepted as a reason, so plan your winter travel for exam day.
  • Arrive at the time shown on the invitation you receive a few days before. Late arrivals are not let into the room.
  • Staff cannot tell you which test you need for immigration. Confirm that with IRCC or your immigration adviser before you book.
  • Space out your attempts: the centre states 60 days between two TEF takes, in any location, and 30 days between two TCF takes.
