How this centre releases seats

Dates added without warning
New dates appear on the centre’s page without an announced opening time. Checking often, or getting an alert, is the only way to catch them.

Tips from candidates and the centre

  • Payment is a single boleto bancário, so have the whole fee available at once.
  • TEF Canada registrations can’t be switched to another date or exam type, so choose your session carefully.
  • A transfer or refund needs a medical leave certificate with a sworn translation, delivered within 48 hours before or after the exam. The centre keeps 10% for admin, and refunds take 4–6 months.
  • Leave 2 months between TEF attempts and 30 days between TCF registrations for the same exam.
  • For the TCF, bring an original photo ID and your own headphones with a P2 (3.5 mm) jack. TCF questions can also go to the WhatsApp line (11) 3572-2377.
  • Collect your certificate at the Faria Lima unit, or have it posted to you for R$45.
