Email [email protected] and ask to be added to the TEF Canada waiting list.
Wait to be contacted. The centre lets candidates know at least 4 weeks before their date.

How this centre releases seats
- Waiting list
- The centre takes names on a list and contacts candidates when a session is scheduled. Join the list early.
Tips from candidates and the centre
- Given the 10–12 month wait the centre mentions, it also suggests looking at other centres if you need a date sooner.
- Fill in the full registration form while you wait, so only the transfer reference is left to add when your turn comes.
- Check your inbox often once you’re on the list, because the 3-day deadline is strict.
- All four modules happen on one day. Reading, listening and writing are done on a laptop with a QWERTY keyboard and an on-screen accent keyboard.
- After registrations close, fees can’t be refunded or transferred.
