TCFTEF
Alliance Française Dubai offers e-TEF Canada and TCF Canada, both taken on a laptop, mostly at Oud Metha with some TCF dates at Dubai Knowledge Park. Sessions are sold online with limited places, first come, first served. TCF Canada runs almost weekly while TEF Canada dates are fewer, so check the venue and the registration cut-off for your date.

How to book at Alliance Française Dubai
Look up dates in the TEF/TCF exam calendar (PDF) or on the TEF Canada or TCF Canada page at afdubai.org.
Choose a session showing “Add to cart” rather than “Full”, and check whether it’s at Oud Metha or Dubai Knowledge Park.
Pay online, enter your details and upload a copy of your passport. There’s no separate registration form.
Make sure both the payment and passport copy have gone through, as your place isn’t confirmed until they have.
Look out for the convocation email with timings and guidelines, about a week before the exam.

How this centre releases seats
- Live seat counter
- The centre lists each date with the seats left, and seats can appear at any time when dates are added or someone cancels.
Tips from candidates and the centre
- TCF Canada sessions are mostly on Tuesdays at Oud Metha, with some Wednesdays at Dubai Knowledge Park.
- TEF Canada was scheduled on Thursdays, October 15, November 5 and December 17, 2026, all at Oud Metha.
- Registration for a session closes about 9–12 days before the exam, and early October TCF Canada dates had already filled by late September, so book well ahead.
- If you prefer, you can register in person at the centre’s offices during the registration period.
- For 16 December 2026, the PDF calendar and booking page show different venues, so check with the centre.
- Once registration closes, fees aren’t refunded or transferred, even if you miss the exam.
What it costs

Not enough history yet for a reliable median.
