How to book at Alliance Française de Trivandrum
Email [email protected] saying you want to sit TEF Canada. Your place on the waiting list depends on when your email arrives.
Wait for your turn, when the centre sends you its bank details.
Within 3 days of that email, return the completed and signed TEF Canada registration form, the first and last pages of your passport, and the payment receipt showing its reference number.
Don’t let the 3 days lapse: the seat then passes to the next person on the list.
How this centre releases seats
- Announced booking window
- The centre announces when booking opens for a batch of dates. Seats usually go in the first hours, so be ready at the opening time.
Tips from candidates and the centre
- The 3 days count from when the centre sends its email, not when you open it. Check daily once you’re on the list.
- Get your passport scans and the registration form ready early, so payment is the only task left.
- Each 2026 date has a registration window. The 12 November exam takes registrations from 26 October to 6 November, and the 17 December exam from 30 November to 11 December.
- Fees can’t be refunded or transferred for any reason, so be certain of your date before paying.
- The centre says CCI Paris sends results straight to candidates 7–14 days after the exam. A retake needs a gap of at least 20 days.
